I don't know what to say about this

I've been busy lately trying to prepare to take 25 people to New Orleans, so I haven't had much time to pursue my real interest, which is of course the internet. However, I came across the following story, and thought I had to post it. I don't really know how to respond. It would be funny if it were a Saturday Night Live skit or something, but, well, it's not.
